JCI Spring Conference
The JCI Spring Conference 2014 in Sønderborg was my 18th Danish JCI conference in 9 years and absolutely one of the best ever! Everything was so well organized and perfectly executed! The Senator/Senior program was extremely high quality with a visit to the town hall and meeting with the mayor followed by a visit to the “Ringridermuseum” where an 85-year old senator gave us a tour and told about the 125 year old tilting tradition in Sønderborg. Finally we had an exquisite lunch at the castle with both heralds and a bagpipe orchestra accompanying the speeches. Cool experience.
JCI Sønderborg had thought of all details – they definitely came out of the “Battle” as the winners! But as always – it was meeting new and old JCI friends and learning more about yourself and others that really made it worthwhile. Don’t miss out on the National Congress taking place in Holbæk first weekend of October – theme: ‘Be a hero’ 🙂
